The basic process of printing clothes by textile printer

Flatbed printers are used in clothing, known as textile printers in the industry. Compared with uv printer, it only lacks the uv system, other parts are the same.

Textile printers are used to print clothes and must use special textile inks. If you only print white or light colored clothes, you can use no white ink, and even all the spray heads in the printer can be changed to color channels. If you install two Epson sprinkler heads in the machine, you can make them all print CMYK four colors or CMYKLcLm six colors, the corresponding efficiency will be improved a lot. If you want to print dark clothing, you must use white ink. If the machine still has two Epson sprinkler heads, one nozzle should be white, one nozzle should be CMYK four color or CMYKLcLm six color. In addition, because white textile ink is generally much more expensive than colored ink on the market, it often costs twice as much to print dark clothes as light ones.

The basic process of printing clothes by textile printer:

1. When printing light colored clothes, use the pretreatment solution to simply handle the place where the clothes are to be printed, and then put it on the hot pressing machine for about 30 seconds. When printing dark clothes, use a fixer to handle them before pressing. Although they are used in different situations, the core role of both is to fix the color and increase the saturation of the color.

Why do you press it before printing? That's because the surface of the clothes will have a lot of fine plush, if not through hot pressing down, easy to affect the accuracy of the drop of ink. Moreover, if it sticks to the nozzle, it may also affect the service life of the nozzle.

2. After pressing, it is laid flat on the machine to print, so as to ensure that the surface of the clothes is smooth as possible. Adjust the height of print nozzle, print directly. During the printing, keep the room clean and dust free as much as possible, otherwise it will not get off the clothes pattern.

3. Because the textile ink is used, it cannot be dried immediately. After printing, you need to put it on the hot stamping machine and press it again for about 30 seconds. This pressing causes the ink to penetrate directly into the fabric and solidify. If it is done well, the hot press is washed directly in the water after the completion, and it will not fade. Of course, the use of textile printing clothes will not fade this piece, and two factors, one is the quality of the ink, the second is the fabric. Normally, cotton or fabric with a high cotton content will not fade.
