We designed our workflow for busy buyers. You don’t need to be a denim expert – we guide you through every stitch and wash.
Step 1: Design & Spec Sheet
Send us sketches, tech packs, or a sample dress. Our pattern makers adjust for denim’s unique shrinkage and stretch. We recommend fit samples because denim behaves differently than woven.
Step 2: Fabric & Wash Development
Choose your base denim (weight & composition), then select wash recipe. We’ll produce a “wash swatch” on a 12″×12″ fabric piece – you approve the shade, handfeel, and any abrasion pattern.
Step 3: Prototype (Size S or M)
We sew 2–3 pieces using your selected denim and wash. You check:
- Fit across bust/waist/hip (denim dresses have less give than linen)
- Length (knee, midi, mini)
- Pocket placement, hardware (buttons, rivets), stitch color
Turnaround: 12–15 days for first sample.
Step 4: Bulk Production & In-line Washing
After approval, we cut multiple layers with denim-specific spreader (prevents distortion). Sewn garments go directly to our in-house laundry for the agreed wash. No outsourcing – 100% quality control on fading and softness.
Step 5: Packing & Shipment
Flat fold or hang? Poly bag or eco-pack? We add your brand tags, size stickers, and carton labels. Choose FOB Ningbo, CIF, or door-to-door.
