Q1: If i feel dissatisfied after receiving the sample, can you redo it for free?
A: Sorry, we have sent you pictures to confirm before, and you like them, so we arranged to send them. Moreover, we did it according to your picture requirements, so we can’t make another one for free.

However, I can understand you, because it’s difficult to see the effect if the sample is worn on the mannequins. Only when the sample is worn on the real person then can know that this is not the effect you want. Next time the sample will be worn on our model colleagues, so you can see the effect better.

But this time, we really can’t redo the model for free, because we also spent the material cost and labor cost. We don’t make money when we do the sample. I hope you can understand. thank you.

Q2:What’s your minimum order quantity?

A: Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design and per color.Some designs may need 150 piece.Make the final decision according to the design.

A: Our factory located in Humen Dongguan,which is a famous fashion capital.It’s near to Guangzhou fabric market,very convenience to look for new fabric.And near to Shenzhen,Transportation conditions are very well-developed,it can ship the goods quick.Near to airports,high-speed rail station,railway station and so on,so it’s very convenient for our visiting customers.

If you don’t have the design file, please also feel free to let us know your requirements, and we have professional designer who will help you finish the design.

Q4.Do you offer samples and how much including Express Shipping?

Samples are avalible. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples can be free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

Q5. What is the MOQ? How long is the Delivery Time?

Small order is accept! We do our best to meet your purchase quantity. The quantity is bigger, the price is better!

Sample: Usually 7-10 days.

Mass Production: usually within 25 days after 30% deposit received and pre-production confirmed.

Q6. How long for manufacturing once we place order?

our production capacity is 3000-4000 pieces/ week. once your order be placed, you can get the leading time be confirmed again, as we produce not only one order in the same time.
